Co‑op is seeking a Project Delivery Standards Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of P4CM, our project delivery methodology, ensuring guidance, templates and tools are practical and accessible for colleagues. You’ll collaborate with delivery, portfolio and assurance teams to enable better outcomes across the organisation.

£58,000 to £65,000 plus private healthcare, pension with up to 10% employer contributions plus more great benefits (Work Level 5)

We're looking for a Project Delivery Standards Manager to join our Strategy, Performance & Assurance team and help us shape how projects are delivered across Co‑op. You'll lead the development, application and continuous improvement of P4CM, our project delivery methodology, ensuring colleagues have the guidance, tools and support they need to deliver projects effectively. Working closely with delivery, portfolio and assurance teams, you'll help create practical, modern ways of working that enable better outcomes across the organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to influence how projects are delivered in one of the UK's largest organisations. You'll be the custodian of the methodology that underpins project and change delivery across Co‑op, helping shape the standards, guidance and practices that support successful delivery across Co‑op. Just as importantly, you'll have the chance to evolve and modernise how project delivery works, taking inspiration from across the industry, emerging technologies and new ways of working.
