A leading financial services provider is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead project delivery and implement agile practices. You will work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and drive measurable outcomes. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £90,000, a range of benefits including a bonus, pension contributions, and the flexibility to work remotely and on-site.
As a Project Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in a program that redefines how we work. You'll champion new Ways of Working, embed agile practices and a product operating model, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
