Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to handover, ensuring alignment with GSK standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases, project scopes, budgets, and timelines that deliver agreed benefits to the business.
  • Conduct assurance reviews and stage-gate assessments to ensure project compliance with governance standards.
  • Lead risk management strategies, value engineering, and mitigation plans to minimize project risks.
  • Oversee contractor performance, ensuring safe and compliant execution of all capital projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging lessons learned and sharing best practices across teams.
  • Actively participate in site and regional governance meetings and operational forums.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Project Management, Engineering, or Business.
  • Experience managing complex engineering projects, in a highly regulated environment, preferably in Pharmaceuticals.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects across the full lifecycle in a technically complex environment.
  • Financial literacy to analyse budgets and cash flow forecasts.
  • Strong understanding of statutory legislation and construction safety.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in relevant field.
