Job summary

Sygneus is seeking a Project Delivery Lead in the United Kingdom to coordinate delivery across multiple programmes and workstreams. You will maintain momentum, manage priorities, and bring structure to complex environments, interfacing with clients, suppliers, and technical teams to ensure professional execution.

The role is remote-first with ownership of delivery governance, and offers exposure to high-value programmes across defence, nuclear, robotics, AI and related sectors.

We are looking for a Project Delivery Lead to support the successful execution of programmes across Sygneus and our client accounts.

This role bridges commercial activity and operational delivery, ensuring projects move effectively from opportunity through to execution.

You will work closely with founders, technical teams, delivery partners, and customers across defence, nuclear, robotics, AI, and related sectors.

Your Role

You will take ownership of delivery coordination across multiple programmes and workstreams.

The role requires someone who can maintain momentum, manage competing priorities, and bring structure to complex environments.

You will help ensure projects are delivered professionally, efficiently, and in line with client expectations.
