Provide administrative support to a wide range of vital projects and programmes. In this important role you will be responsible for ensuring that materials and goods ordered are delivered on time and in perfect condition. You will raise requisitions, inform project managers of delivery lead times, pay invoices on time, ensure the correct use of computer systems and maintain project‑related records.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating project logistics and travel arrangements, tracking orders and shipping of equipment, supervising team workflows and ensuring colleagues adhere to best practice and commercial regulations.

You will maintain regular contact with a wide range of stakeholders – project managers, accounts payable, logistics teams and the FCDO Customer Service Centre – and be responsible for project administration.
