You will support Project Executives and Managers, assist with administrative tasks, manage digital workspaces, and help with meetings, documents, and reporting. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Executives and Managers in the successful delivery of projects.
• Assist Team Leaders with administrative tasks across projects and programmes.
• Manage digital workspaces and support financial tracking and reporting.
• Provide administrative support for office and site-based meetings.
• Produce letters, reports, and other key documents.
• Contribute to Business as Usual processes and team coordination.
