A Project Coordinator role, supporting key business initiatives across client management, business development, and project delivery. This fast‑paced, varied role offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders and high‑profile projects. You’ll coordinate complex workstreams, assist with client pitches, and ensure smooth delivery of multiple ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, documentation, and reporting
  • Support business development activity, including proposals, client pitches, and events
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact
  • Provide diary, travel, and meeting support to senior executives
  • Prepare high-quality materials and maintain operational efficiency
About You
