A prestigious university in the UK is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support its Research Culture Action Plan. You will coordinate projects, engage with multiple stakeholders, and evaluate their success to enhance the research environment. This role provides an opportunity to make a significant cultural impact and offers various benefits, including flexible working options and professional development opportunities.
The University of Bath is committed to an ambitious action plan to continually improve our research culture. As Project Coordinator, you'll be right at the heart of supporting change - planning, supporting and evaluating key projects within the new Research Culture Action Plan to ensure they deliver on time, to budget, and realise their planned benefits. You'll also take responsibility for getting some quick, but impactful projects over the line. You could be coordinating expertise from across the University to inform a new 'research design' resource, rolling out our new approach to responsible research assessment, or identifying meaningful data to help us understand progress on research culture. You'll have the chance to work with diverse groups of experts & stakeholders across the university and use your creativity to move the dial on the cultural changes that matter most to our community.
The role is full-time (36.5 hours per week) which could be available as a job-share and/or support flexible working (0.8 FTE would be considered for the right candidate). There is a slight preference for one in-person day on Monday/Tuesday to align with the project lead.
