The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, financial and administrative competence, and the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. An interest in humanitarian action, mine action, EORE, peacebuilding, or conflict-affected settings is desirable.

You will have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, shared calendars, document-management systems, and financial or project-management tools; familiarity with SOAS systems such as Worktribe and/or Unit4, would be desirable. Experience supporting international or multi-partner projects would be highly desirable, while knowledge of EU-funded projects, research administration, humanitarian mine action, or EORE would be an advantage, as would Ukrainian language skills.
