- Overview:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Health Economics team. You will perform a range of administrative, coordination, and technical duties related to client projects, while supporting company and team initiatives. The team has grown significantly in size and scope, bringing an exciting opportunity to enhance project delivery and processes across the healthcare sector.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Review and ensure quality and consistency of technical documents, including reports, manuscripts, statistical analysis plans, economic model specifications, abstracts, and posters.
- Support the write‑up of methods and results from clinical and economic analyses into engaging reports.
- Search online databases for model inputs, extract relevant data into Excel.
- Reformat scientific documents to meet client requirements or submission guidelines.
- Assist Project Managers with client communications and progress reports to enhance customer service.
- Coordinate project team and monitor project timelines in collaboration with the project manager.
- Schedule meetings, record minutes, and coordinate distribution.
- Review project budgets, proofread client proposals, and support resource planning to optimise team productivity.
- Manage referencing and prepare reference packs of technical materials.
- Take ownership of tasks in the project management system to support correct budgeting and invoicing.
- Help project teams stay updated on latest sources of information and industry guidelines to inform their work.
- Organise internal team meetings and activities.
- Hybrid Working Policy:

- Part‑time Options:
The standard working week is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, but we can also consider applicants seeking 30 hours per week.

Within this role, there is scope to progress to Senior Project Coordinator and then to Account Coordination Manager or Account Manager, taking on increased responsibility for team operation, resource planning, budgeting, and productivity.
- Recruitment Process:
The process includes a short assessment, a self‑recorded video interview, followed by a final stage interview with members of the Health Economics team. The entire process typically lasts around one month, with flexibility where required.
- Visa Sponsorship:
- You are classified as a New Entrant, including applicants under 26, currently studying in the UK, or recent UK graduates, among other qualifying criteria.
- You have a PhD in a STEM subject.
- Qualifications:
- A degree level or equivalent qualification in a scientific or quantitative discipline (minimum 2.1), with postgraduate qualifications (minimum 2.1) considered an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to understand and interpret the output of complex health economic and statistical analyses.
- Excellent organisational skills and a passion for maintaining high levels of organisation across tasks and processes.
- Exceptional written English, used in client work, email communication, and internal messaging.

- The ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals, patient groups, suppliers, clients, non‑scientific colleagues, and governmental bodies.
