Overview

Are you a highly organised, technically-minded professional looking to grow your career in the maritime communications sector? We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of NAVCOM and SATCOM installation projects for a wide range of maritime clients.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of NAVCOM and SATCOM installation projects.
  • Support project kick-offs, scheduling, cost control, and project tracking.
  • Liaise with internal teams to plan resources and manage logistics for equipment installation.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Assist with pre-sales support, technical bid preparation, and Bill of Materials.
  • Monitor project risks, resolve issues proactively, and drive projects to completion.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
Experience
  • Experience in maritime, satellite communications, or navigation systems or similar
  • Familiarity with systems such as radar, GMDSS, ECDIS, AIS, VHF/UHF, or IT infrastructure
  • Strong coordination and project delivery skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard project management tools.
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
  • Willingness to undergo relevant training (technical or maritime-related).
  • Eligibility for UK Security Clearance.
  • Valid UK driving licence and passport.
  • Flexibility to travel when required.
