Responsibilities in your new role as Project Coordinator

You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers are kept informed and satisfied throughout the project lifecycle. You'll track project timelines diligently to meet customer delivery requirements and swiftly resolve any issues that arise. Your responsibility will include managing project order progress, conducting handover meetings, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks effectively. You will also enter contract information into the Bray ERP system, manage documentation, and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers, ensuring transparency and adherence to timelines.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for an individual who has previous experience in a similar Order Management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment focused on customer service. While experience in Project Management is desirable, it is not essential. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will enable you to liaise effortlessly with both customers and internal teams. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess strong organisational and time management skills, and be attentive to detail.
