A leading catering company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Coordinator for their AI/ML projects. The role involves supporting the deployment of a cutting-edge workforce management tool across multiple venues, ensuring effective change management and user adoption. This is a full-time opportunity with a salary of £60,000 per annum.

Levy UK&I is deploying a cutting-edge AI/ML workforce management tool (“WFMAIML”) across approximately 60 venues. The Project Coordinator will play a key supporting role, working closely with the Senior Transformation Project Manager, technical teams, venue managers, and third-party consultants to ensure smooth deployment, effective change management, and successful adoption of the new tool.
The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing deployment and change management activities. This includes supporting project tracking, stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and monitoring adoption across diverse venues.
