You’ll support the day-to-day coordination of Project Eve, helping to keep project information, actions and reporting organised and up to date.
You’ll maintain key project documentation and trackers, including Jira, RAID logs and SharePoint; gather updates from the project team; follow up actions and dependencies; and support project meetings, reporting and communications.
Depending on your experience, there will also be opportunities to take ownership of suitable project issues and work with colleagues across Finance, Royalties and IT to progress them.
We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders.
You’ll need strong attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to follow up actions and information when needed. Experience using Jira or similar project tools would be helpful, but we’re also interested in someone who is keen to learn and develop their project management experience.
The role would suit someone looking to build practical experience within a busy programme and gradually take on more responsibility.
