Project Coordinator

Location: Midlands based with travel across multiple UK sites
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Excellent Benefits and progression
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)

Here at NPP, we are looking for an organised and driven individual with a passion for keeping projects on track and delivering real results. One of our clients, an industry leader within the electrical manufacturing market are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support a variety of key business initiatives - including ERP/WMS implementations and other high impact internal projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing PMO function where your attention to detail, coordination skills, and ability to communicate across departments will be essential to keeping critical projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Project Managers to plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks identifying any issues early and ensuring resolutions are quickly actioned.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough project documentation including project scopes, business cases, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication between teams, suppliers, and key decision-makers.
  • Track resources and project spend, delivering detailed reports to support data‑led decision making.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing ideas to refine project processes and drive best practice across the PMO.
What We re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in project coordination or administration with a proven track record of supporting projects to successful completion.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities able to engage confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and familiar with project management tools.
  • Comfortable working independently, but also a team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, data security, and privacy principles.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential due to site travel.
Desirable:
  • Exposure to ERP or WMS platforms.
  • Prince2 or equivalent project management qualification.
  • Experience delivering training or leading sessions.
  • Client‑facing or telephone‑based experience in a project context.
