Where will you be working?

M Group Telecom – At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech‑enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. This role will be within our Fixed networks team; you'll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Telecoms Division. This role supports the delivery of civil works for streetworks and excavation projects. You will manage daily activity and keep plans on track. You will prepare and submit permit applications and work closely with local authorities and utility providers. You will keep project information accurate and up to date. You will schedule subcontractors and site teams and arrange traffic management when needed. You will make sure health, safety and environmental standards are met. You will report progress and highlight risks to the Project Manager. You will work with contractors, landowners and council officers to keep projects moving. This role needs strong organisation and clear communication. You will be confident using systems and trackers. You will enjoy working with different people and solving problems as they arise.

You will be familiar with using systems to track progress and to keep records up to date. You will have worked with teams and will understand how to share information clearly and calmly.
