Qualifications

  • Previous project coordination experience preferred, though not essential as full training is provided.
  • Ability to manage complex projects from instruction through to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update project trackers, staff scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Support the Project Manager with the delivery of key client accounts.
  • Coordinate design works and quotations to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensure health & safety policies are effectively implemented across all projects.
  • Manage the hire, control and compliance of plant and equipment.
  • Coordinate logistics for plant, labour and materials.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate project handover documentation.
  • Arrange and manage client survey requirements.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and ensure appropriate authorisation is in place.
  • Book operator outages, permits and any third-party requirements.
  • Attend site meetings and visit customer premises as required.
