Do you have a passion for renewable energy and sustainability? We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Developer to join one of our key clients based in Reading - a growing company at the forefront of the clean energy transition.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of renewable energy projects from conception through to completion. You will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle - from identifying new land opportunities and managing planning and grid applications, to liaising with key stakeholders and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate renewable energy projects through the development process.
  • Identify suitable land areas and support planning and grid application submissions.
  • Liaise effectively with planning consultants, surveyors, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare project cost reports, budgets, and forecasts, addressing any changes along the way.
  • Support internal teams and maintain clear communication across all project stages.
About You
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within Renewables, Utilities, Solar, or Energy.
  • Background in a client-facing, business, or project coordination role.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Passion for renewable energy and environmental sustainability.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites across England, Scotland, and Wales.
