A Renewable Energy company is seeking a Project Co-Ordinator to join their team in Dronfield. This office-based role requires strong administrative and communication skills to manage scheduling and coordination of energy installations and service operations. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and excellent customer service skills. The package includes up to £28,000, 25 days of annual leave, and other benefits.

Overview

Low Carbon Recruitment Ltd are working with a Renewable Energy company who are seeking a Project Co-Ordinator to join their growing team. This role will be a busy and varied position within their scheduling department.

As a company they design, install and service Ground & Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar Panels and Battery Storage. They have been established since 1997 and have well over 25 years experience.

Responsibilities

The role will be predominantly office based, and you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and scheduling of all energy installations and service operations.

You will manage the full process from sales handover to commissioning and client handover, whilst also coordinating fault calls, maintenance visits and all the annual service schedules.

The role will allow you to work closely with all engineers, suppliers and clients to make sure all deliveries run smoothly whilst working to deadlines, keeping all communication very clear between the customer and your team.

This will include scheduling with all engineers, and maintaining all job records, so you will also be expected to handle all inbound / outbounds calls, full coordination with engineers to make sure they are ready for urgent repairs and diagnostics
