Salary: £26k-36k (DOB)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation expanding its project delivery team in the South West.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish. You’ll play a key role supporting the coordination of multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows seamlessly across teams and clients.

The Role
  • Coordinate project activity, ensuring timelines, resources and actions are clearly managed.
  • Track progress and keep internal systems up to date.
  • Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.
  • Support project documentation, reporting and scheduling.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting smarter ways of working.
About You

You’re proactive, adaptable, and love keeping things on track. You might already be in a coordination, scheduling, or operations role, or perhaps you’re early in your career and looking for your first step into project management.
