  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers.
  • Prepare and organize project reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate project files, meeting minutes, and deliverables.
  • Support Accounting with AP and AR activities as needed.
  • Coordinate vendor sourcing, approvals, and required documentation.
  • Format and manage contracts using digital signature tools and SharePoint.
