Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking Project Controllers and Project Planners to join a growing Project Control function supporting delivery of complex programmes in Stevenage. You will develop and implement integrated baseline schedules, validate project data, cost forecasts, and support Schedule Risk Analysis to improve performance across schedule, resource and cost.

This role offers exposure to bid activity and opportunities to progress within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning, ranging from detailed planning through to summary-level milestone delivery plans.
• Experience creating and maintaining project structures including WBS/CBS/OBS.
• Proven ability to generate and analyse project performance data covering schedule, resource and cost.
• Experience with Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), Critical Path Analysis and Earned Value.
• Knowledge of baseline management and change control.
• Experience using project management toolsets such as SAP, ARM, Primavera or Oracle Unifier.
• Understanding of resource-loaded schedules.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend corrective action.
• Experience contributing to Estimate at Completion (EAC) / Forecast Cost at Completion reviews.
• Knowledge of Risk & Opportunity management and What-If analysis.

Responsibilities
