Arabelle Solutions is seeking a Project Controller to support the Senior Finance Manager of Sub Region 2 in delivering accurate financial reporting, cost control and ERP integration for Rugby manufacturing projects.

You will lead financial reviews, forecast costs vs actuals, manage WBS and NCR cost tracking, and collaborate with production, purchasing and services teams to optimise value and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field.
• Experience in financial analysis, cost/project controlling, or manufacturing finance.
• Strong written and spoken English; proficient with MS Office and SAP.
• Able to work independently with solid stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Analyze financial summaries from tendering stage and investigate unclear costs.
• Implement AS SOLD calculation into ERP, split into WBS elements.
• Create sales orders and determine revenue recognition approach.
• Track variation orders and adjust billing milestones and selling prices.
• Create new WBS elements for NCR cost tracking.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews for Rugby manufacturing projects.
• Coordinate with production and purchasing to forecast costs vs actuals.
• Liaise with Rugby factory and Services & New Build teams for cost and invoicing alignment.
• Interface with Factory Finance Specialist on factory hours forecast by project.
• Provide analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; support closing and reporting.
• Analyze aged WIP, ECA, GRNI and drive project closures; assist with hedging when needed.
• Respond to stakeholder queries in a timely, clear manner.

As a Project Controller you will work for the Senior Finance Manager of Sub Region 2 to drive financial results, compliance with internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis.Main responsibilities:Responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity.Analysis of Financial Summary received from tendering stage (investigation of any unclear cost budget).Implementation of AS SOLD calculation into ERP system (split into WBS elements).Sales Order creation.Determination of revenue recognition approach (Overtime or Point in Time).Tracking of any Variation Orders (update of Billing milestones, Selling Price adjustments etc.).Any new WBS element creation, especially in terms of proper NCRs cost tracking.To prepare and lead the monthly and quarterly financial reviews of projects that contain a Rugby manufacturing scope of work.Regular interface with production and purchasing to forecast project costs vs actual analysis, required for pacing and budgetary purposes.To liaise between Rugby factory personnel and the Services & New Build teams to ensure alignment of cost forecasts and invoicing.Interface with Factory Finance Specialist to align on factory manufacturing hours forecast by project.Provide business performance analytics to identify financial trends, highlight risk and opportunities and to ensure operational coordination.To support financial closing and reporting activities.Analyse aged WIP, ECA, GRNI and to drive project closures.Input for hedging, when there are non-functional currency transactions.Responding to any queries from key project stakeholders.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven working experience within financial analysis, cost controlling, project controlling, or manufacturing financeStrong oral and written communication skills.Ability to work independentlyStrong stakeholder managementProficient in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsSAP ExperienceDesired Characteristics:Results-driven and analyticalSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving skillsOrganized and detail-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAble to adapt to changing priorities and challengesStrong team player with the ability to work across different functionsJoin us and work with global teams to support global customers !
