This role is based within their Mission Systems business area. The role
The Project Controls Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of complex projects and programmes. You will lead the implementation and management of project controls measures related to scope, cost, time, risk, and quality. Your role involves strategic performance analysis against the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), highlighting variances, trends, and insights for decision-making.
Daily, you will collaborate with Project and Programme Managers and lead a team of project controls professionals. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including the project team, functional teams, suppliers, and customers, is essential. You will also support the development of project controls capabilities within the wider Mission Systems business.

The ideal candidate is organized, confident in communication, self-motivated, and capable of simplifying complex problems. Proven experience in a similar role with leadership qualities, excellent communication, and influencing skills are required. Experience in the following areas is preferred:
