A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Project Contracts Manager to oversee contract executions and manage site operations in Birmingham. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset. Responsibilities include project managing installations, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations, and liaising with contractors and stakeholders. A competitive salary of circa £50,000 is offered along with various company benefits.
We are currently recruiting for a Project Contracts Manager to work on a full-time and permanent basis for our client based in Birmingham.
Salary: Circa 50,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am until 5:30pm with 30min unpaid break
As Project Contract Manager, you will be the go-to person for making sure everything runs smoothly across multiple sites. Overseeing the execution of contracts, managing site operations, and ensuring the seamless progress of installation projects. You will have a good understanding of making adaptations to a person's home.
