Overview

We are currently undertaking the exciting project of building a 1700 m² house from the ground up. We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction project, from initiation to execution and completion.
• plan, direct and manage the project, ensuring it stays on budget and schedule.
• handle the preparation and review of project bids and the negotiation and management of subcontractor contracts.
• ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
• execute the control and compliance with safety regulations, ensuring projects meet contractual and legal requirements.
• work closely with stakeholders, including the client, architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors, in order to define project objectives, establish timelines, allocate resources and manage budgets.

Requirements and Skills

• Education in Civil Engineering, Construction management or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as construction project manager for high‑end residential projects, especially of the same size (min 2000 sq m).
• Experience as a General Contractor.
• Experience in overseeing the project from start to finish (including cooperation with structural engineer, architecture, mechanical engineering, finishing, etc).
• In‑depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Good knowledge of MS Project.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• A team player with leadership abilities.
