To help us achieve these targets we are looking for a Project Commercial Manager.
You will be accountable for the commercial and cost management of a project or programme of projects from inception to close out reporting directly to an Integrated Projects Leader (IPL) ensuring that maximum efficiencies are obtained and full compliance with all Alliance and Anglian Water governance procedures is achieved. Providing a commercial challenge to the IPL and team on all project matters.
To be considered for this role, ideally, you’ll be educated to degree level and hold either RICS/CIOB/CICES certification. You’ll have demonstrable experience in managing complex projects ranging in size up to multi‑million pound projects. You’ll have a robust nature, be able to manage change, and feel comfortable challenging decisions. Experience in working with NEC suite of contracts, coupled with negotiating and estimating and outstanding stakeholder management skills will make you stand out from the crowd! With a high level of integrity and fairness, you’ll act as the commercial conscience of the IPL. You’ll champion collaboration and open communication and take ownership, leading with strong commercial focus. Working under pressure with a positive forward‑thinking mentality is second nature to you as is you leading and supporting your team with a supportive empathetic approach, using your stakeholder management skills to build strong personal working relationships.
