Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Project Co-ordinator (Installation / Manufacturing) in Leeds for a hybrid role. You will coordinate installation projects from planning to completion, liaising with Sales, Engineering and Project Managers to ensure deliverables and scheduling are met.

You will prepare RAMS, resource plans and project documentation, coordinate teams and site resources, and manage logistics for equipment and materials while supporting site teams to resolve issues and ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in installation, construction, manufacturing or engineering.
• Knowledge of RAMS and site documentation.
• CSCS and SMSTS qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation projects from planning through to completion.

• Arrange site logistics, equipment, materials and project deliveries.

• Assist with SOPs, installation processes and quality control documentation.
• Liaise with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Track project costs and provide updates to Project Managers.
• Support snagging, NCRs, site issues, handover and commissioning.
• Hybrid working with 1 day per week from home.

Are you a Project Co-ordinator, Project Engineer or similar with experience in installation, construction, manufacturing or engineering, looking to join a well-established manufacturer and play a key role in coordinating installation projects from planning through to completion?

Established in the 1980s, this specialist engineering company designs, manufactures and installs bespoke acoustic and noise-control solutions for industrial and commercial environments. The company works with a range of clients across the UK and internationally, delivering projects for major organisations and contractors across a variety of sectors.

In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Project Managers and installation teams to ensure projects are properly planned, resourced and delivered. You will coordinate installation schedules, site resources, RAMS, equipment and logistics, while supporting site teams and helping resolve issues throughout the installation process. The role is predominantly office-based, with the option to work from home 1 day per week.

This role would suit a Project Co-ordinator, Project Engineer or similar with experience within installation, construction, manufacturing or engineering, looking to develop their project management experience within an established specialist manufacturer.

The Role:

• Coordinate installation projects from planning through to completion

• Liaise with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams regarding installation requirements
• Track project costs, identify potential issues and provide updates to Project Managers
• Support snagging, NCRs, site issues, handover and commissioning
• Hybrid working with 1 day per week from home

The Person:

• Previous experience in a Project Co-ordinator, Engineer or similar
• Experience within installation, construction, manufacturing or engineering
• Knowledge of RAMS and site documentation
• CSCS and SMSTS
• Full UK driving licence
