A national independent care homes group in the UK is seeking a Project Co-ordinator for a 6-month contract. This role involves planning, delivery, and monitoring of a software project to ensure effective implementation across care homes. The ideal candidate has experience in project support, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Gold Care Homes was established in 1999 and has since grown to operate 45 care homes across the South of England. This is a 6-month fixed term contract role, to support in the planning, delivery, and monitoring of a software project. Acting as the central point of contact, you will ensure smooth coordination across the team and the care homes, track progress against milestones, and support successful implementation across all homes.
