Position Details

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Project Co‑ordinator to provide essential support for the School’s research groups.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive clerical support for regular leadership and committee meetings, including preparation of agendas and accurate recording of minutes.
  • Help maintain accurate financial records, track project budgets and deliverables, and communicate timely updates and reports to the leadership team.
  • Seamlessly manage and organise project events and meetings – both online and in‑person – including identifying suitable venues, coordinating technology, and arranging catering, travel, and on‑day support.
  • Oversee and regularly update the project’s social media and website.
  • Support the leadership team’s communication with funders and external partners.
  • Maintain all necessary management information and records (e.g., timesheets, project documentation) to ensure readiness for reporting, audit purposes, and adherence to export‑control compliance.
