About PFM Intelligence

PFM is a European leader in people-flow and retail-intelligence technology. Our solutions help businesses understand how people move through physical spaces and transform this data into meaningful insight.

We’re looking for someone who loves keeping things organised, takes pride in accuracy, and communicates confidently with customers. If you’re a great administrator with a curious mind — and you’d like to grow your technical skills in a supportive team — this could be the perfect next step.

The Role

As a Project Co-ordinator, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our Project Management team to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll manage documentation, validate orders, oversee logistics processes, and help maintain the systems and records that keep projects on track.

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Are you someone who loves taking ownership, supporting others, and seeing projects come together successfully?

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project documentation, including RAMS, survey reports, and As-Installed packs.

  • Manage CMDB updates during project delivery — uploading devices, documentation, and post‑install information for service handover.

  • Assist with general project co‑ordination, including logistics and scheduling.

  • Review and validate new sales orders to ensure all required information and documentation are in place before approval.

  • Attend site meetings as required to support project delivery.

  • Create and manage projects within internal systems (Odoo) and assign to relevant managers.

  • Raise and process Purchase Orders for products and services.

  • Maintain general project "housekeeping" — ensuring timelines, documentation, and dashboards remain accurate and up to date.

  • Provide general support to the Project Management team, including reporting and administrative tasks.

  • Provide occasional cover for key operational roles when required.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with strong time‑management skills.

  • Confident communicator who can work effectively across teams.

  • Comfortable working with digital systems and documentation.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities with a proactive and problem‑solving approach.

  • Previous experience in a project support, operations, or coordination role is highly desirable.
