We’re looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our Sales & Project Delivery team, someone organised, proactive, and great with people. You’ll play a key role in supporting projects from concept to completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and to budget.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the Sales & Project Delivery team with the coordination and administration of customer projects.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Define and track project requirements, scope, and timelines.
  • Coordinate resources, schedules, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor budgets and progress to ensure delivery on time and within scope.
  • Maintain clear and accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Assist with proposals, schedules, and cost tracking.
  • Identify potential issues early and elevate where required.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold Nuttall’s reputation for quality and reliability.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in a Project Co-ordination or Account Support role.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisation and multitasking ability.
  • Confidence using project management systems and tools.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or fit-out environments advantageous.
