SSEN Transmission is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to support project teams across Scotland, coordinating finances, meetings, governance milestones and reporting. You will travel between Perth, Aberdeen or Inverness offices, with a 50% in-office requirement.
The role is permanent, full-time with Flexible First options. Strong admin and communication skills, and familiarity with Office 365 and PowerBI are advantageous.
Base Location: For this role, we require successful applicants to be based from one of our Scottish locations and you'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in the office – Perth, Aberdeen or Inverness.
Salary: £36,139 - £43,188 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to project teams, helping to ensure the efficient coordination of project finances, meetings, governance milestones and reporting. You’ll work closely with project teams, finance and wider stakeholder teams to support the smooth delivery of projects across the portfolio.
The successful candidate would be expected to travel between different SSE offices/project sites, with the occasional overnight stay. Therefore, a driving licence is required.
