Job description

Engaging in internal strategy projects and initiatives focused on client growth. You will be supporting with a variety of tasks such as:

  • Assistance with the preparation and implementation of divisional strategies/documents relating to client growth and employee experience
  • Research into and management of some specific projects
  • Monthly reporting to clients in accordance with KPIs/MI
  • Ad hoc assistance with client project work
  • Efficient diary management that ensures the seamless execution of projects, meetings, and other activities.
  • Effective management of expenses, including the processing of invoices.

  • The candidate should be highly organised and possess strong secretarial and administrative skills. They must be able to prioritise tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a calm and focused manner in a professional setting. Have excellent organisational skills, and is confident working to deadlines.

  • Be confident with using Microsoft Office, with great IT skills

  • Clear and professional communication styles, both written and verbal.

  • This position is available on a part-time basis. The days and hours are open for negotiation.
