Salary: £38-45,000 DOE

Daily Duties
  • Lead projects through all design phases, from concept to delivery
  • Coordinate project teams including internal staff and external consultants
  • Produce, review, and approve technical drawings and documentation
  • Oversee site visits and construction administration to ensure design qualityMonitor schedules, budgets, and project financial performance
  • Liaise with clients, present proposals, and respond to feedback
  • Mentor and develop junior staff
  • Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, health & safety, and sustainability
  • Contribute to bids, tenders, and proposals
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and consultants
Ideal Candidate
  • ARB‑registered architect with substantial post-Part 3 experience
  • Commercial, Life Science and Health experience
  • Proven experience running projects from inception to completion
  • Strong technical skills in detailing, drawing, specification, and documentation
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and team management skills
  • Proficient in relevant design software and UK regulations
  • Strong communicator with client and multi-disciplinary coordination experience
  • Proactive, commercially aware, and solution-focused
  • Experienced in mentoring junior staff and delivering projects on time and budget
