Job summary

Detail Jobs Limited seeks a capable Part 3 Architect to lead data centre projects for a leading European practice. You should hold ARB or RIBA registration with 3–5 years PQE and have a strong background in large-scale schemes, preferably with Revit and BIM workflows.

The role offers a supportive environment with training as you transition into this growing sector, along with excellent benefits and a two-day work-from-home arrangement.

Qualifications

• Candidate has ARB or RIBA registration with 3–5 years post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrable background on large-scale, complex projects is preferred.
• Experience working with Revit in a BIM environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project as Part 3 Architect on data centre schemes.
• Coordinate design development and BIM modelling across teams.
• Ensure adherence to client requirements and regulatory standards.

I’m delighted to once again be working with one of the UK and Europe’s leading Data Centre Architects who are currently looking for a Job running Part 3 Architect.

This incredibly busy practice has grown from strength to strength over the last few years with offices across Europe creating an enviable portfolio of work across mainland Europe, Scandinavia and the UK

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire a capable, job running Part 3 Architect with either previous Data Centre experience or a genuine interest to take their first step into this growing sector

Candidates will either be ARB or RIBA with 3-5 years PQE; a demonstrable background working on large-scale complex projects is preferred combined with a high level of Revit and working in a BIM environment
