Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working closely with one of the UK's leading architectural practices to recruit an experienced Project Architect for their Residential team in the Leicester office. Qualifications

• UK recognised qualifications (Architect) are required.
• Approximately 10 years of industry experience, ideally in a private practice.
• Full proficiency in the use of Revit software.
• Experience in various sectors with Residential focus.
• Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and experience with planning drawings.

Responsibilities

• Work as Project Architect in the Residential team in the Leicester office.
• Collaborate with senior staff to deliver project milestones and client presentations.
• Ensure designs comply with regulations and BIM standards.
