Overview

A fantastic opportunity with a multi-award winning Architectural Practice based in Central London for a Project Architect to join their Health Care team. The practice is established with multiple offices and is seeking a London-based Project Architect who is highly proficient in Revit, with the ability to run projects and manage project teams within the Healthcare sector.

The position is within the Healthcare team, but candidates with experience on large-scale projects and project running experience who have a genuine interest in Healthcare will be considered. The practice has delivered multiple high-value projects across the healthcare sector, working with NHS trusts and private health boards, offering a diverse workload across public and private healthcare projects. The role can be based at any of their offices, preferably London or Bristol.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and run projects within the Healthcare sector, coordinating and managing project teams.
  • Work on a variety of large-scale healthcare projects across public and private sectors.
  • Collaborate with NHS trusts and private health boards as part of project delivery.
  • Ensure technical delivery of projects in line with schedules, budgets, and Building Regulations.
Qualifications
  • RIBA Part 3 qualified Architect
  • 4+ years minimum post-qualification UK experience
  • ARB registered (Desirable)
  • Full proficiency in REVIT (Essential) demonstrated in portfolio
  • Experience working on large-scale projects (Essential)
  • Healthcare experience (Desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methods
  • Proven ability to run teams and projects
  • Experience across all RIBA stages
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
