Project and Services Coordinator

Location: Quinton, Birmingham

Salary : £28,000 - £30,000

We’re looking for a Project and Services Coordinator to come and join our team at our SCG Midlands office in Quinton, Birmingham. You will be coordinating new installation projects, moves and changes for existing and new customers. You will be working with the Sales, Engineering and Accounts team to ensure efficient delivery of the Sales Order Process.

Responsibilities
  • Coordination of Voice, IT and Data projects within SCG Midlands. Adhering to the Project Scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Attend weekly Project meetings to discuss ongoing projects, deliverables, risks and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties / suppliers to achieve the project deliverables.
  • Ongoing training within the team to ensure all systems and processes are followed and understood.
  • Placement of connectivity orders with relevant ISPs.
  • Cessations of redundant circuits / services.
