What You’ll Do

As a Project Administrator for the business, your primary responsibility will be to identify upcoming construction projects the organisation should be involved with. You will:

  • Conduct in-depth research on upcoming construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects, with a focus on those involving significant steel use.
  • Identify and profile key project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, consultants, and developers, using a range of industry databases, planning portals, trade publications, and associations.
  • Manage and maintain structured project data within a CRM system ensuring accurate categorisation by project type, region, and stage.
What You’ll Need
  • Background in within the construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycles
  • Skilled in online research, data sourcing, and CRM/database tools; able to manage multiple projects and markets simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
