Project Administrator

Contract: 3-Month Initial Contract (potential for extension)

Location: Leeds (onsite), LS10

Salary: £30,000 (pro-rated for contract)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week — Flexible working available between 6:00am and 6:00pm, with core hours of 9:00am-3:00pm

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to support a busy project management team within a leading technology-focused organisation. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth delivery of ongoing projects by providing administrative, operational, and data-related support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and the wider project team
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain project records and documentation
  • Assist with preparing, updating, and printing project schedules and reports
  • Coordinate project-related communications, meetings, and follow-up actions
  • Support the tracking of project tasks, deadlines, and milestones
  • Manage document control and ensure all files are kept up to date
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties to help ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience using NetSuite (essential)
  • Previous experience in a Project Support, Project Administration, or PMO-related role
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time‑management skills
  • Confident working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
