A leading property consultancy firm in Warrington is seeking a Project Administrator to join the Surveying Services team. The role involves supporting the scheduling and planning of field operations, maximizing appointment bookings for audits and assessments. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling or deployment and possess strong communication and time management skills. The ultimate purpose of the role is to support the planning, scheduling, and deployment of our field-based operations. Following the appropriate processes, you will ensure that field-base operatives have booked as many work orders as is practical – both in respect of compliance (client/contract response times being met) and quality (sufficient time is allowed for works order completion). Field-based operatives work nationwide and for a variety of clients and include directly employed operatives and subcontracted associates.
As a Planning Administrator within the Surveying Scheduling team, you will maximise appointment bookings to support the delivery of gas and electrical audits, energy performance assessment, stock condition surveys, fire risk assessments and other field-based activities as required.
There are no mandatory qualifications required for this role. What matters is having the relevant competencies and personality attributes. This role will suit you if you have experience in deployment or scheduling (any sector). You are outgoing, friendly, and able to build rapport, with strengths in:
