  • Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to project and business teams.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting calendars, and communication on behalf of project leadership.
  • Maintain and improve digital filing systems, SharePoint sites, and business software tools like Microsoft 365, Workday, and Aconex.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and onboarding activities to support smooth team operations.
  • Oversee purchase requisitions, expense claims, and timesheet approvals to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Facilitate tender document management and assist in supporting visa processes and onboarding for international hires.
