Overview

Project Support Administrator (Part-Time, Maternity Cover)

25 hours per week (over 4 weekdays) £25,545 per annum (pro rata)

Fixed-term until June 2026 (Possible extension)

About the Role

As a Project Support Administrator, you will be the organisational heartbeat of an Accommodation team. You will ensure that everything runs efficiently, from managing office systems and coordinating repairs to supporting data reporting, invoices, and general administration. No two days will be the same, and your work will directly contribute to creating safe, supportive environments for residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Keep office systems, records, and communication channels running smoothly
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure dispersed properties are well-maintained
  • Assist the Finance Manager with invoices, petty cash, rent collection, and data entry
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including reports, meeting minutes, and event coordination
  • Ensure all accommodation and office spaces meet health and safety standards
  • Coordinate donations for residents and assist with logistics
  • Manage and protect data in line with GDPR
Qualifications
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in IT systems and spreadsheets
  • Excellent at juggling priorities and keeping calm under pressure
  • A natural communicator who enjoys working in a supportive team environment
  • Compassionate, reliable, and aligned with a mission focused on empowering others
  • Experience in housing, social care, or community support is preferred, but professionalism, empathy, and the ability to get things done are the most critical qualifications
