Sweco in Leeds is seeking a motivated Project Administrator to join our Project Support team. The role can be part-time or full-time, with a minimum of three days per week in the office and pro rata hours for part-time candidates.
You will support Infrastructure and Environment projects by managing project data in Deltek Maconomy and maintaining detailed Excel reports, while providing timely financial analysis and a professional service to PMs and clients.
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Project Administrator to join our Project Support team in Leeds. This role can be worked on either a part time or full-time basis, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office (pro rata'd for part time) and the option of adjusted start and finish times.
This role supports projects in our Infrastructure and Environment division by providing timely, efficient and professional project administration support to Project Managers using our financial system Deltek Maconomy and other company databases.
To Be Successful In This Role You'll Possess an understanding of financial project management system, a strong work ethic, a people focused mindset and the ability to follow process and multitask. A support role like this means being a key point of contact for many, so strong communication skills will be important for our ideal candidate. You will need a good level of skill in Microsoft Excel, but additional training can and will be provided if successful.
