We're working with a forward thinking commercial interiors and fit-out specialist that delivers high-quality workspace and infrastructure projects.

They’re now looking for a Project Administrator to support their busy project delivery team - someone who thrives on keeping things organised, accurate, and moving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple live projects.
  • Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records.
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to keep communication clear and consistent.
About You:
  • Experience in project administration or coordination, ideally in fit-out, interiors, or construction.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management systems.
  • Experience using Procore would be highly advantageous.
