Project Administrator

Grantham, Full Time, Permanent

Salary Circa £28,500 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Our Grantham based client has an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis. This role will assist with projects from handover till completion, as well as procurement, credit control and logistical tasks.

The ROLE

The role of the Project Administrator will be to ensure all projects are progressed and completed in line with customer and company requirements, as well as:

  • Data entry – adding sales orders onto the system.
  • Assisting in meeting milestones and expediting internal and external suppliers to meet agreed milestones.
  • Reporting to internal stakeholders with regards to scheduling of shipments.
  • Procuring materials in line with the project’s cost and time targets.
  • Assisting the Project Manager with on-time deliveries.
  • Producing commercial and shipping documentation and arranging logistics.
  • Assisting with inspection activities and customer data / documentation requirements.
  • Progressing payments due from customers.
  • Any other reasonable ad hoc tasks as requested by a Company Manager / Director.
