We’re recruiting a Project Administrator on behalf of an established UK-based engineering construction group, operating across complex and critical infrastructure environments.

The Role – Project Administrator

As the Project Administrator, you’ll play a key part in supporting project teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accurate programme updates.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain project trackers, schedules, and documentation.
  • Prepare weekly updates including labour lookaheads and meeting notes.
  • Support planning activities such as booking training, checking competency records, and gathering information from project teams.
  • Assist with client‑facing reports, change request documentation, and issue logs.
  • Coordinate purchase order tracking, project setup documents, and internal communications.

Requirements
