A utilities company in Folkestone is seeking an Administrator to support the Delivery Team. The role encompasses managing timesheets, procurement, client relations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety. As an Administrator you will be part of our Delivery Team that is responsible for the delivery of all on site works, with primary responsibilities including purchase orders, invoicing of works, and data collection. You will assist and support the delivery team to ensure we deliver a professional and efficient service to our client. Reporting to the operations manager and directors within Trenchless Technologies, you will be able to confidently manage a busy workload on your own initiative and adopt a flexible approach to your working day.
This is a full-time permanent role based from our Folkestone office.
