We’re seeking a Project Administrator for our public sector client based in London on an initial 3-month contract paying up to £33 per hour inside IR35.
This role allows hybrid working with an expectation of attending the office 2 days per week.
You will need to hold or be able to pass Security Clearance (SC).
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced directorate, providing day-to-day support across meetings, project coordination, and stakeholder activity. You’ll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes - from managing diaries and arranging travel to preparing documents and maintaining accurate records in OneNote and SharePoint.
The team works collaboratively, and you’ll be joining an environment where flexibility and mutual support are key. There’s also the opportunity to provide cover for other senior administrators within the directorate when needed.
You’ll be based in the office two days a week, with the rest remote. Full training and support will be provided, and you’ll be joining a genuinely inclusive team that values work-life balance and collaboration.
